Ears for Peers, Tufts University's student support hotline, came to me with a brand awareness problem. They had posters all over campus, but many students, when asked, had no idea what type of services Ears for Peers provided. I created flyers with compelling, singular images. After a single semester of distributing these flyers, call volume at E4P increased by 15%. .
